Pocmi Matches Companies To Candidate With Migration In Mind
When companies and recruiters globally need to hire foreign talent, they often face tools designed for local hiring. Pocmi simplifies this with a portal that gives HR teams and partners a global view of migrating candidates, making it easy to find and interview top international candidates who are ready to move.
Account Registration
This is the single most critical step in for Candidates desiring to match with companies that want to hire foreign workers. Our Candidates will be required to provide build an online resume that includes work experience, relevant skills, and language proficiency. Completed Pocmi Profiles will be scored and matched to open global jobs.
Background Check
Global Hiring Managers want assurance that Candidates in our Pocmi marketplace are humans and not AI Bot or fraudsters. As a result, Pocmi leverages third party vendors to authenticate both the identity of our Candidate but also perform a Global Watchlist Search to ensure that Candidates are not flagged by any government agencies.
Skill Verification
Pocmi requires Companies to determine the “Core Competencies” required for any Global Jobs they post on our Marketplace. Candidates are also encouraged to complete a “Core Competencies” form and along with personality assessments to help Hiring Managers better evaluate their readiness for the job.
Job & Candidate Match
Similar to a dating website, Pocmi matches Global Hiring Managers with qualified Foreign Workers.
Hiring Managers start the process by registering a Global Job with Pocmi and are the Hiring Manager will then be shown a ranked list of Candidates with a compatibility score. The Hiring Manager will then send a job invitation to their top candidates.
Candidates that receive a job invitation will be able to review the offer and given the option to either accept or reject the invitation to apply.

Job Interview
Hiring Managers will then use the Pocmi tools to schedule virtual interview(s). Candidates will be notified of the interview and given a Pocmi link to attend the interview and will be notified of the final decision via their Pocmi Dashboard.
