What Happens After I Register with POCMI?

You will be required to create a Candidate Profile for Employers to review to determine if your background and skills match their current open jobs. Your Candidate Profile will include your name, education, language proficiency, and relevant work experience. *Incomplete Profiles are not promoted to Employers.

Does POCMI list open Jobs on it’s website?

Instead of listing jobs on our website, POCMI functions more like a dating website that matches qualified Candidates with Companies that are seeking to hire foreign workers. POCMI helps Registered Candidates with the following:
1. Create a work profile with the skills and work experience Employers want
2. Evaluate which country is the best fit for our Candidate’s job and industry
3. Prepare our Candidates for interviewing with International HR Recruiters
4. Help our Candidate & their family transition to a new country after being hired

How Are Candidates matched with Employers?
Registered Candidate Profiles are given a score based on their education, skills, language proficiency, and relevant work experience. The same way, our registered Employers will create a Job Profile that is also given a score based on education, skills, language, work experience requirements for the position. Candidate profiles will then be ranked based on a compatibility score and the International Recruiter/Hiring Manager will schedule interviews with the top candidates.
Are There Any Fees or Hidden Charges?
No. We encourage our international candidates to get themselves and their documents verified through us. This gives employers greater confidence in selecting your profile and reaching out to you. These and other additional services are available but not required. All additional services will help you to stand out among other candidates.
